We do our best to ensure that our products are free of any manufacturing defects.
Maternity, Nursing & Baby Apparels
We want you to be happy with your purchase(s) and we strongly advocate our customers to try on the items at home before you remove any clothing tags. This would make exchanging or returning your order a lot easier and smoother. We accept unworn, unsoiled, undamaged and unwashed merchandise in the original packaging within 14 days of purchase at Bove by Spring Maternity at Suntec City Mall, Tower 4, #02-728/729/730, Singapore 038983.
If you bought your items online, it's 21 days for our apparel and 7 days for non-apparel items.
For returning or exchanging items in-stores, bring along the merchandise with the official Spring Maternity receipt to any of our stores. No cash refunds can be made for purchases made in our retail stores or online store. Online refunds are credited back via PayPal to your credit card account, there is no fee charged to you for the refund and you need not have a PayPal account for the refund.

Undergarments such as panties, swim wear and Preggers products are not exchangeable for hygiene reasons. Item(s) which show signs of wear and/or being worn before will not be eligible for exchanges. Exchange of merchandise will only be allowed for items of the same value or lower.
Spring Maternity reserves all rights to inspect the condition of the item(s) before processing any returns or exchanges.
- All sale item(s) are non-exchangeable and non-refundable in the retail stores or via the online store.
- All shipping and/or handling charges are non-refundable.
- Spring Maternity’s decisions on returns and exchanges are final.
