Return & Exchange Policy

Thank you for choosing Spring Maternity for your maternity and nursing needs. While we strive to ensure that every purchase meets your expectations, we understand that situations may arise. Here's our return and exchange policy to ensure a smooth and delightful experience:

Returns from Singapore: For a hassle-free return or exchange, reach out to us via WhatsApp/Text/Call at +65 868 60778 or fill in our Contact form here. We're here to assist you every step of the way.

Returns from West Malaysia: Our Malaysian customers can also initiate returns or exchanges via the same channels. Please note that refunds will be processed in the form of store credits, excluding the original delivery fee.

Conditions for Returns and Exchanges:

  • Returned items must be in their original purchase condition.
  • Packaging should be unopened, unused, unmarked, and not defaced.
  • Exchanges are allowed within 14 days of receipt.

Exclusions:

  • For hygiene reasons, underwear and intimates are not eligible for exchange.
  • Sale items can be exchanged, but only the discounted price will be refunded.

Refund Method: All refunds will be issued as store credits, including the item amount (excluding the original delivery fee).

Updated Exchange Process:

  1. If you need an exchange, drop us a WhatsApp message at +65 868 60778.
  2. A nominal SGD$7 fee is required to cover the shipping. Once confirmed, we'll provide you with a shipping label for your convenience.
  3. Our friendly courier team will inspect the item during pickup to ensure a smooth return process.
  4. If we don't have the desired size in stock for exchange, a refund will be issued.
