All refunds will only be done via store credits. Store credits will only include the amount paid for the item(s), excluding the original delivery fee.
Kindly note that shipping costs will be borne by the customer.
Exchanges and returns are allowed within these conditions:
1) Items must be returned within 14 days.
2) Tags must be intact along with the plastic packaging if any.
3) Undergarments such as panties, swim wear and Preggers products are not exchangeable or returnable for hygiene reasons. Item(s) which show signs of wear and/or being worn before will not be eligible for exchanges or returns.
4) Exchange of merchandise will only be allowed for items of the same value or lower.
5) All sale item(s) are non-refundable. However, they are exchangeable if the size does not fit. Should the item you require the size for is unavailable, you will have to select something else. Shipping fees for exchanges will be borne by customers.
6) All shipping and/or handling charges are non-refundable.
