Spring Maternity . Nursing . Baby r will contact customers who have purchased online within 3 working days for order confirmation and shipping / delivery arrangements.

For online order of maternity and nursing apparels, our customer service associate will contact you to confirm the requested sizing and size availability. If your requested sizing for specific styles are not available, our customer service associate may recommend similar styles for your consideration. We will gladly refund your purchase if your requested sizing are not available and you do not wish to consider the recommended alternative styles.

Local Shipping (Singapore)

Strollers, Car Seats, Baby Cots & Children Furniture

Complimentary delivery for purchases above $300 regular-priced items, otherwise there will be a surcharge of $15 per location delivery fees. For promotional items, there will be a delivery fee of $15 per location. Item(s) purchased will be delivered 7 â€" 10 working days, excluding weekends and Public Holiday. Delivery time is between 11am to 7pm on Thursday and Friday (depending on address zone). Our customer service associates will contact you to schedule the delivery date and time. Free assembly service excludes high chair and playpens.

IMPORTANT NOTES:

(1) Special Delivery will be charged at $30 per location, for cases stated below:

• Delivery requests on weekends or any other weekdays other than Thursday or Friday
• Delivery requests after 7pm on Thursday or Friday
• Delivery requests that requires less than 7 working days

(2) For strollers that require set up, we will not be able to fit into the box once fixed. We will be placing the stroller in a plastic bag.

(3) For highchairs and playpens, fixing will not be included

(4) For any cancellation, it must be informed at least 1 day before the assigned date/time. If not, we will proceed with the scheduled delivery.

(5) For cancelled delivery, we will arrange for another delivery at the next earliest available slot.

(6) At times, due to overwhelming demands, we may outsource the deliveries to a 3rd party. Under such circumstances, the 3rd party delivery schedule may differ from ours. Nonetheless, please not do hesitate to contact us if you need any assistance.

International Shipping

Our customer service associates will contact you to arrange the mode of delivery (surface or air).

Delivery time will depend on the destination and the mode of delivery.

Delivery charges will vary depending on the weight of the products ordered, shipper, destination and mode of delivery.

Returns & Exchanges

Maternity & Nursing Apparels
We do our best to ensure that our products are free of any manufacturing defects. We will gladly exchange unworn, unsoiled, undamaged and unwashed merchandise in original packaging and condition. Exchange must be within 14 days of receipt accompanied with proof of purchase - Spring Maternity . Nursing . Baby official receipt and label tags.

Undergarments, bras, panties and swimwear are not exchangeable for hygiene reasons.

Car-Seats, Strollers, Children Furniture & other Baby products
We will exchange strollers, car seats, children furniture and other baby products that you are not completely satisfied with, as long as they are returned to any of our retail stores in an unused condition, and in their original packaging within 3 working days of receipt with proof of purchase. Exchange of merchandise in unused condition with other items carried by Spring Maternity.Nursing.Baby will only be allowed if the items being exchanged with are of the same value or higher.
