Besides its own maternity and nursing labels, Spring offers a wide range of maternity, nursing and baby essential as well as life-style products such as strollers, car seats, nursery furniture, bedding, feeding accessories and educational toys, targeting at mid to high-income families so as to provide a one-stop shopping experience for young parents.

From a single store maternity retail outlet in 2003, Spring has grown into one of Singapore's largest specialty maternity and baby retailer with five stores island-wide and two stores outside Singapore - one in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia and one at the outskirts of Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam.

Spring's flagship stores are currently located in Vivo City, Suntec City and NEX. At between 1,400 sqft to 2,600 sqft, besides maternity apparels, these flagship stores also carry a comprehensive range of medium to high end baby strollers, baby carriers, car seats, and other premium baby products that mothers need in the baby's first few years.
